Heads up, Stephen King fans: Nightmares & Dreamscapes, an 8-part anthology series, brings to life some of his scariest stories to date!
Expect the unexpected in this collective tale of the unknown. The series debuts with "Battleground", where a lone hitman becomes a target for violent revenge by toy soldiers after he assassinates the CEO of a toy company.
Nightmares & Dreamscapes isn’t all about gory swashbuckling action. The series has included the intricacies of Stephen King’s plots and explores the fragility of human relationships. There’s even a touch of nostalgia in “Umney’s Last Case”, travelling back to the 1930’s where a writer trades places with the lead character of his own story, where he discovers he has trapped himself into a dead end.

In “The Road Virus Heads North”, a successful horror writer buys a gruesome painting as inspiration for his works, only to realise that the painting starts to change and coincides with the sinister turn of events in his own life. “Autopsy Room Four” explores the theme of premature burial, as a man who survives a poisonous snake bite, struggles to alert his pathologist who has begun his autopsy. The other four stories in the anthology series are equally gripping.
